When e-mailing please keep the following in mind:

DO NOT add me to your address book PLEASE. The more people's address books my e-mail is in, the more spam I'm likely to get.
Put a TITLE to your e-mail, I don't care if it's creative or not, just give me some idea of what you're writing about. If you do not do this your e-mail is in danger of being deleted because I might think it's spam and not bother reading it.
Sign your e-mail, doesn't have to be your real name, could be an SN, just give me something to call you when I respond.
Don't send me huge files without first e-mailing me to ask if it's okay.
